₹1,00,000 is paid within 30 days of booking or once the shop is finalised, whichever is earlier, to hold booking validity. Cafe startup guidelines are sent.
Full payment including transport is made 15 days prior to opening with the notarised final agreement. We then schedule training, dispatch stock and run opening marketing.
